Summary
Liberty Finance now runs its lending book on Lendscape, with API links to its own CRM giving real-time data and no manual work. A sandbox let it test integrations before go-live, cutting implementation risk.
Liberty Finance has gone live on Lendscape’s Asset Finance platform, completing a digital transformation it began when it selected Lendscape’s contract management platform in March 2025. Liberty connected the platform to Liberty Live, its own customer management system, using API connections that let the two systems exchange data automatically. The result is a complete end-to-end data cycle and a real-time view of the lending book.
Liberty kept its own CRM rather than replacing it, and connected it to a specialist servicing platform. That approach lets a lender keep the system its team already knows while upgrading loan administration. The way Liberty managed the risk is also worth noting. It chose Lendscape partly because integrations could be validated in a sandbox before deployment and the platform could be configured to its own operational requirements, which supported a smooth go-live.
The platform’s capabilities show where lending operations are heading. Lendscape exposes every function via API for origination, CRM, payment rails, general ledger and AI tools, including an MCP server for live portfolio data. That makes a lending book directly accessible to AI tools for reporting, monitoring and analysis.
Migrations at scale are achievable too. Simply Asset Finance moved its £0.5 billion book onto the Lendscape platform with no service interruption.
For lenders still rekeying data between origination, servicing and reporting systems, the gains are practical: fewer errors, faster responses to brokers and borrowers, and live book data for credit monitoring, funder reporting and audit. Any lender with a disconnected tech stack faces the same choices Liberty did: what to keep, what to connect and how to test before go-live.
